Far Country Pictures has entered into a five-film agreement with filmmaker Dalton Thomas, alongside a first-look arrangement for additional projects.
Thomas joins the company’s creative team as Far Country Pictures expands its slate of original feature films. The five-film commitment establishes an ongoing collaboration, while the first-look agreement gives the company the first opportunity to consider further projects from the filmmaker.
The announcement follows Far Country Pictures’ acquisition of Jacob’s Trouble, the historical drama written and directed by Thomas, currently in post-production.
Details of the films covered by the agreement will be announced individually.
